The combustion is designed according to the three ton principle (temperature, time, eddy current). The waste gas enters the incineration plant. The combustion flame moves along the furnace at the speed of 2-3 M / s and moves along the furnace at the speed of 2-3 M / s, which greatly prolongs the residence time of high-temperature flame in the area, and the pressure wind speed is 2-3 M /.

3. Combined with the closed fire network, the flame vortex can be fully burned, and then spray and absorb the turret, remove toxic and harmful components in the flue gas, and discharge the atmosphere through the chimney. The combustion device in the garbage incinerator is an oven lined with refractory lining in the exhaust type.

4 The waste incinerator has changed the inner wall porous air jet system. The special nozzle design makes oxygen blow into the furnace from different angles, which makes the combustion better.

5 It is designed not to turn into fire under pressure combustion to avoid leakage of harmful gas. It can be operated reliably and can not detonate the function of gas before explosion to prevent explosion: the remaining sugar burning timer unit is designed to ensure that there is no residual explosive gas. In case of burn and photosensitive tube detection, restocking or ignition failure, fast and automatic oil circuit cut off, reliable, anti-theft alarm is completed The instrument monitors the entire operating system of the operation.

6 The operation cost of waste incinerator is low. Due to the adoption of this technology, the equipment is simplified, the cost is reduced, and the maintenance is convenient. There is no twice pollution and the multiphase air supply system is used.

DYF series waste incinerator adopts the most advanced incineration mode of primary pyrolysis gasification + ambient air mixed combustion + secondary incineration + burnout treatment. The design of the primary combustion chamber of the incinerator adopts gasification and incineration technology, so that the temperature in the incinerator moves from 200 ℃ to 400 ℃. There will be no melting block, slag block, sintering and other problems during the incineration process. The secondary incineration burner and annular air supply device are arranged in the secondary mixed incineration room. At high temperature, the combustible gas in the flue gas can be fully combusted, which can effectively mix the gas produced by gasifier with air, and prevent the carbon material in the gas flame from escaping and burning late. When the flue gas enters the high temperature combustion chamber, because of the tangential entry and tangential entry of combustion supporting air, the flue gas can be fully burned again in the combustion chamber, and the rotary airflow is used for flue gas dust removal. The residence time of the incineration flue gas in the furnace is more than 2 seconds, so that the combustible gas in the flue gas and the combustible matter in the fly ash are completely incinerated, The upper part of the incinerator is equipped with a dry-type tail gas purification equipment to absorb the hydrogen chloride and sulfur oxides produced in the incineration, and the odor and other components in the flue gas are decomposed at high temperature. The flue gas purification system is equipped with calcium hydride filter brick to neutralize acid gas, so as to absorb acid gas and purify tail gas. The harmful components in the flue gas can be reduced to the national "pollution control standard for hazardous waste incineration (GB18484-2001)".
