Shuocheng District actively connects with Tongmei Shuonan Power Plant and Shuangliang Heating Company, implements the Shuonan Power Plant's combined heat and power project, and initiates the “one grid, three sources” heating mode; actively promotes the five major leaders of Nanguan, West Street, and Jingde Community Reconstruction of the old area, and at the same time expand and extend the areas not covered by centralized heating in the Dayun Vegetable Market, Heliyuan Community and some corners of the urban village in the built-up area, involving 1921 households with more than 6,500 people, covering a total area of ​​48.9 10,000 square meters; 8 new heat exchange stations, 6.5 kilometers of primary heating pipe network, 111 kilometers of secondary pipe network, and more than 2 million square meters of new heating area. At present, a feasibility study has been prepared, and relevant procedures such as planning and environmental assessment have been processed simultaneously.
